Shipping – Delivery Time & Terms
At ZINAS, we place great importance on the prompt and secure delivery of your orders. We collaborate exclusively with trusted courier companies to ensure that every order reaches you in the safest and fastest way possible.
Dispatch Time to Courier
Your order is handed over to the respective courier service within 1–2 business days from the confirmation of your order.
Domestic Deliveries (within Greece)
- Orders within Attica as well as the rest of Greece are shipped via ACS Courier.
- Delivery is typically completed within 2–3 business days from the dispatch date.
- Domestic deliveries are provided free of charge to the customer.
International Deliveries
- For international shipments, we collaborate with DHL.
- Delivery times depend on the destination country.
- Additional charges apply for international deliveries, which are calculated and communicated to the customer prior to order completion.
