RETURN POLICY/REPLACEMENT
You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within 14 working days from the date you received it, without any obligation to inform us of the reason for returning your order. In this case you will be solely responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. In the event that the reason for returning the product is due to a company error, we undertake to cover the cost of returning the product.
You must return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, confirming that the product’s special marks have not been removed. In addition, together with the withdrawal form, you will also include proof of payment. The return will only be accepted with the approval of the company.
In case of returning a product and depending on both the payment method of your order and the return method of this product, the refund of the payment will be completed within 8 days from the date of receipt of the product. If the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, CINEMA undertakes to redeliver the order to the delivery address you have specified at the company’s own expense. If customers wish to return an order where the company is not at fault, they will be charged the relevant courier costs. When you send a product back to us, our company will pick it up within 2-3 working days for returns within Greece via ACS or within 5-6 working days for returns outside Greece via DHL courier. Should you choose another courier service, we cannot guarantee delivery times on the products you return to us. When we receive the returned product, we will process your request and notify you via e-mail of the processing in approximately 5-6 business days. In an effort to provide the best possible customer service, you are given the opportunity to submit any complaint electronically by filling out the relevant contact form which can be found here .
RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT
The company cannot provide a replacement service. If consumers wish to change a product, they must return the product to the company and place a new order. DETAILED PRODUCT RETURN GUIDE
As a prerequisite, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same perfect condition in which you received it, together with the relevant proof of payment, including the specific plates (labels) of the product.

Notes:
For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept the return of certain items such as swimwear.
All products returned to the CINEMA warehouse are subjected to a thorough quality control.
For your convenience, it is recommended that you carefully check your order upon delivery and the condition of the product sold, as well as check that the packaging of the product is intact to detect any obvious damage. In the event that damage is found to a product returned during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers to resolve the issue.

If, due to force majeure (i.e. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we do not deliver the products to you within the specified deadline, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm whether or not you wish to complete your order under these circumstances.
